2. What personal data do we process and for what purpose?
We collect and process different types of data depending on your interaction with us:

- Purpose: Manage the contractual relationship, provide the Service, bill, and send communications related to the service (updates, incidents, etc.).

Personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:
- Commercial contact data: As long as you do not request its deletion and during the limitation periods of possible responsibilities.

8. Location (delivery rider mobile apps)
The Rider SweeTrail app accesses your precise location and, with your consent, in the background while you have an active shift, to assign orders, calculate routes, and enable delivery tracking. You can deny or revoke the permission in your device Settings; without location the app cannot provide the delivery service. Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) to our servers for operational purposes.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments. Any modification will be published on this website.
